2 cups Self Rising Flour, sifted
1 stick butter
6oz. Dried Cranberries
2 Tbs. Orange Zest
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 Tbs melted butter
Cut butter into flour, add cranberries, orange zest and buttermilk. Knead and cut into biscuits. Brush with butter and bake. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 8 biscuits.
